Do you have internet available?
There is wifi available throughout the apartments. Vouchers can be purchased from the office during office opening hours. Free wifi available with certain booking packages.
How many people can stay in the apartment?
Our apartments are designed for 2 people and we can add a roll away bed for a third person/child for $20 extra per night. No more than 3 people can sleep in the studio apartments.
Do you have laundry facilities?
Yes, the laundry is located on the ground floor and is coin operated. Washing powder is available to purchase at reception.
Do you service the rooms daily?
As serviced apartments we provide a weekly house keeping service. If you are staying for less than week you can request a daily house keeping service for a small fee. Fresh towels can be provided at your request.

What are the Reception hours?
The office is open Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.00pm. We are contactable outside of these hours by phoning 09 520 6186 and dialing extension 8111
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Eftpos, Cash or Direct Credit
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes, 14 days. A deposit is charged for the first nights accommodation upon booking. Free cancellation only when cancelling 14 days outside the check in date. If cancellation is made within 14days of arrival date City Towers reserves the right to charge one night’s accommodation.
Any changes to reservations are by mutual agreement once booked and are subject to availability. City Towers may cancel a reservation where the proposed changes are not agreed, available or where a minimum number of days is a requirement of the original booking.
Do you have off street parking?
Yes, we have off street parking. Free parking available with certain booking packages.
Do you have an electric vehicle charging station?
Yes we do! This is available for free with certain booking packages.
Are you able to provide any food?
Unfortunately there is no commercial kitchen on site. All rooms are fully equipped and supermarket/eateries are within walking distance. Please see ‘nearby’ for more information.
