Yes. We host guests whose homes are being repaired or rebuilt and can invoice the insurer or loss adjuster directly with clear, itemised tax invoices. Ask us and we’ll work in with your claim.

How long can we stay while our home is repaired?

As long as the repairs take. Many temporary-accommodation guests stay for weeks or months, and we offer discounted weekly and monthly rates for extended stays.

Will you provide itemised invoices for our claim?

Every time. We supply original, dated, itemised tax invoices suited to insurance and Temporary Accommodation claims, made out to you or your insurer as needed.

Are the apartments self-contained for a family?

Yes. Each studio is furnished and self-contained with a kitchenette and laundry, so your household can keep to its normal routine while you’re out of your home.
