Which hospitals are you near?
City Towers in Newmarket is within about five minutes’ drive of Auckland City Hospital (Grafton), Allevia Hospital Epsom and Allevia Hospital Ascot (formerly MercyAscot), and Southern Cross Gillies Hospital, as well as the University of Auckland’s Grafton medical campus.
Is it suitable for recovering after day surgery?
Yes. Our self-contained studios are quiet, private and easy to access, with a kitchenette and comfortable bed โ a restful place to recover close to your surgeon. Please note we’re a serviced apartment, not a medical facility, so we don’t provide nursing or clinical care.
Can family stay while a relative is in hospital?
Absolutely. Many guests stay with us so they can be near a partner, parent or child who’s admitted. Self-contained studios let families keep to their own routine, cook their own meals and come and go around visiting hours.
Do you have parking at the hospital-adjacent location?
Yes โ free on-site parking is included, so you can drive in and leave your car with you. That makes early appointments and daily hospital visits much simpler than paying for hospital car parks.
Can I check in late or stay a single night before surgery?
Let us know your arrival time and we’ll do our best to arrange it, including a night before an early-morning admission. We also offer discounted weekly and longer rates for extended treatment.
